How will my order ship?
Thanks so much for supporting my small business—it truly means a lot. I personally handle every order with care, from creation to packaging.
Domestic Shipping:
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, I ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking ($11.20). Please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing after payment is received and cleared. Since each piece is made with care, custom items may take up to three weeks before they’re ready to ship.
Once your package is on its way, it’s in the hands of the postal service, so I’m not able to take responsibility for delays or lost items. If you’d like extra peace of mind, insurance can be added at an additional cost—just let me know!International Shipping:

Because each item is handmade by me in small batches, all sales are final and I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
That said, your happiness with your purchase is incredibly important to me. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll always do my best to make it right.
3. How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
Take jewelry off when you bathe, sleep or swim.
Non-oxidized sterling silver jewelry:
Store sterling silver jewelry in an airtight container (for example, a Ziploc bag) to delay the tarnishing process. To remove tarnished sterling silver jewelry, the easiest way is to clean with a polishing cloth/pad. (All of my non-oxidized silver jewelry comes with a polishing pad.) Or clean it in hot water mixed with baking soda together with a piece of aluminum foil, or clean in an aluminum pie pan with hot water and baking soda. Rinse well.Oxidized sterling silver jewelry:
It is natural for the patina on oxidized pieces to wear away slightly over time. My oxidized jewelry pieces have been waxed to slow this effect, but some change in patina is still to be expected.2. What is the return policy? -
