  1. How will my order ship?

     

    Due to circumstances beyond my control, the earliest shipping date for non-custom orders is March 20, 2026. After March 20, my processing time will return to the usual 3–5 business days.

    Custom items will ship within up to three weeks.

    2. What is the return policy?

    All sales are final. As a small business creating handmade items with care, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, your happiness with your purchase truly matters to me. If your order arrives with any defects or issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll be more than happy to make it right.

    3. How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

    Take jewelry off when you bathe, sleep or swim.

    Non-oxidized sterling silver jewelry:
    Store sterling silver jewelry in an airtight container (for example, a Ziploc bag) to delay the tarnishing process. To remove tarnished sterling silver jewelry, the easiest way is to clean with a polishing cloth/pad. (All of my non-oxidized silver jewelry comes with a polishing pad.)  Or clean it in hot water mixed with baking soda together with a piece of aluminum foil, or clean in an aluminum pie pan with hot water and baking soda. Rinse well.
     
    Oxidized sterling silver jewelry:
    It is natural for the patina on oxidized pieces to wear away slightly over time. My oxidized jewelry pieces have been waxed to slow this effect, but some change in patina is still to be expected.\
